Introduction

Hi, my name is Coop and this is Mystic Dragon Orb which is dedicated to the spiritual community, at large.   I know the word spiritual is a general grouping but I would like it to be nondenominational.  That means everyone is welcome.  I started with wiccan and occult beliefs growing up but realized I was a lightworker later on in life.  I now work with a few Pagan groups in our area.  We could all use a good ritual every now and again.   This site goes along with what I'm all about; a little bit of everything makes the whole.  We are a pagan community, wiccan community, new age community, and occult community all in one. 

We started this in July 2008 as a test page with a picture of my butt from the late 80's.  January of 2009 we started making it into a community oriented website.  This site will always be a work in progress as that is the best way to keep it fresh.  It took a lot of work to get this site where it is today but it is all from the heart. 

The picture to the left is me zapping you with positive light energy.  The part of my wand you can't see is the amethyst sphere that collects the free energy in the room, or really from wherever.  The tip of the wand condenses the energy and amplifies it with an Australian lead crystal that has a tapered down shape.  The wand and I, both are connected to GRACE.  ZAP!

Blog(s)

 The blogs section consists of 3 different Blog applications, an event calendar, a classified section, a photo sharing app, and some games.  It has the most popular blog application on the web:  WordPress Blog.  The other two blog applications have there own redeeming qualities.  The blog section itself is tied to all the blogs and therefore is one cohesive unit.  Submitted posts to the calendar are approved right away for registered users.

Articles

The articles section is for spiritual articles. This is pretty self explanatory.  It is connected to a network of article submitters so it should grow regardless of how much traffic this site receives.  Feel free to submit your own articles.  Articles that are in harmony with the will of GRACE will be accepted.  Articles can be a great way to share experiences and knowledge.  Fiction or fact articles have come a long way since the first newspapers and now are accessible for everyone. 

Spiritual Search

The spiritual search is a directory of websites that deal with Pagan, Wiccan, Occult, and New Age themes.  Add your favorite spiritual sites or find some new favorites.  It has a search component that will make it easy to find sites with specific keywords.  Years ago there used to be AvatarSearch which was the biggest and best occult search engine ever.  Our search engine has a lot of room to grow but it has great functionality.  We will accept off topic sites until there are enough spiritual sites.  We will then delete the off topic categories for good.

Chat Rooms

The chat room application has a basic setup.  Register and log in then pick a room.  If you would like your own room or one for you coven let us know.  The traffic is such that it is very hard to find someone in the chat room at the same time. 

Forum

The forum is structured so there can be multiple separate forums as well as multiple topics within each dedicated forum.  Again , if you would like us to host your forum let us know. 

WikiMystica

Our wiki is intended for people to add spells , definitions, and explanations; the world deserves to have as much free knowledge and interaction as possible between every group and community.  It does have a community section to add the details of your own group. 

User Pages

This section has been taken down.  It may go back up if there becomes more interest in it.  We may just add a user page section in with the blogs.  I picture a place on this site where people can put their own personal page.
